Shipping policy

Processing time

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and carefully packaged before it ships. Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method you selected at checkout.

If you need your order shipped quickly, or would like to use a carrier that is not listed among the available options, please contact us before placing your order so we can find the best solution for you.

Large paintings

Paintings larger than 24 inches on the shorter side are shipped unstretched, rolled and placed in a protective tube. This will be noted in the listing. If you would still like your painting shipped stretched on its frame, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If a listing does not specify how the painting will be shipped, it will be shipped as it is on photos.

Packaging

All orders are packaged with care using standard, protective packaging. This is not gift packaging.

If the appearance of the box matters to you for any reason, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
